It’s not just because he bears the same name – apart from one spelling detail – as the first Protestant pastor attested to in Payerne, Antoine Saulnier, that we are delighted to welcome organist Arthur Saunier to Payerne. A Frenchman living in Geneva, where he studied at the Haute Ecole de Musique, he is currently organist at the Temple de la Madeleine and teaches at the Conservatoire Populaire de Musique in Geneva.
